It becomes way to tedious, especially with all the cars being difficult to control if you go faster than a brisk walk, plus the constant frame rate issues.ģ) The save system is atrocious! There are no checkpoints mid-mission. I feel like half the dlc is driving all the way across the map just to get your mission, only to drive halfway back to reach your objective. The constant pop ins also contribute to this problem so it’s hard to visually enjoy the game.Ģ) Way too much driving. The game constantly dropping the frame rate making it stutter, eapecially when driving, and thereby making it hard to use the controls in the game. There are just so many problems with it.ġ) Way too many technical issues. I’m playing on Medium difficulty because I want some challenge, but I would never try it on hard. I finished the main story for Jimmy, and now I’m on his revenge arc and it is hot garbage!
I’m currently working my way through the DLC for Mafia II: The Definitive Edition.
